This campaign was a true labor of love for my home state. As is the case with any government contract, every cent spent had to be justified and yield tangible results.  In under 9 months we shot 33 spots, each with its own unique end card and stinger. I made this budget work and work hard, also producing a library of over 50 stills for digital, ooh, and print in this same time frame. 

The hard work paid off, resulting in tourist revenue the state had never seen. With a budget of just under $1.2 million for production AND media combined, we saw a projected return of $11 million in visitor spending in the first year. Additionally, hotel tax increased by 21.2%, airport traffic increased by 12.3%, and meal & beverage tax increased by 38.8% YOY.
